Gibcloser Concealed Spring Action Door Closer
Designed for light weight internal doors incorporating a spring compressed in the door and anchored to plates on the door jamb.
This simple but effective method of door closing is available in brass and chrome finish, square or radius plates and is suitable for either right or left hand doors.
Performance/Testing
Tested and proved suitable for use on a ½ hour and 1 hour fire door. Test conducted in accordance with EN1634-1 by Chiltern International Fire Ltd, test report CHILT/RF06118.
Continuous in-house testing up to 500,000 cycles.
Suitable for use on a 68kg/150lb fire door.
Listed by Underwriters Laboratories Inc. in the US and investigated to Canadian National Standard CAN/ULC 5133 – M90 and bears the mark.

Fixing
The Gibcloser Concealed Spring Action Door Closer should be fitted to the door with a pair of ball bearing hinges and a good quality latching mechanism.
Performance of the product may be affected if not fitted correctly.
